1. The ORTMED company has no more than 3 days to send the relevant quote to the authorities/client.
2. Upon accepting the proposal, the client will provide an advance payment of the 60% to begin production of the project.
3. The client who requests a credit to pay for products and/or services has a period of 30 business days to finalize, with prior authorization from Directors of the ORTMED company, and a sales contract must be signed establishing the payment method and numbers. of corresponding promissory notes.
4. The client must make the advance payment of the project or payment of travel expenses if a physical visit to the place is required to evaluate measurements, electrical contacts, among others.
5. The final delivery of the project will be defined when making the corresponding advance payment. The estimated delivery time is a maximum of 45 business days for standard equipment. If the project is personalized, the maximum estimated delivery time is 60 business days.
6. The client must make the final payment prior to shipping and delivery of the equipment.
