1. ORTMED has a period of no more than 3 days to send the relevant quotation to the authorities/client.

2. Upon accepting the proposal, the client will provide an advance payment of 60% to begin production of the project.

3. The customer who requests a loan for the payment of products and/or services has a period of 30 business days to settle, subject to prior authorization from ORTMED company Directors, and a sales contract must be signed establishing the payment method and corresponding promissory note numbers.

4. The client must make the advance payment for the project or payment of travel expenses if a physical visit to the site is required for the evaluation of measurements, electrical contacts, among others.

5. The final project delivery date will be determined upon receipt of the corresponding advance payment. The estimated delivery time is a maximum of 45 business days for standard equipment. For customized projects, the estimated maximum delivery time is 60 business days.

6. The customer must make the final payment prior to the shipment and delivery of the equipment.

Shipping costs are quoted separately.
Before shipping any of our products, we provide the measurements and weight so that you can choose the parcel/logistics company and service that best suits your needs.

It is the responsibility of the authorities/client to provide the following information:

a) Address of the place.

b) Name and contact information of the person responsible for the place or sale.

c) Photographs and videos of the facilities.

d) Confirmation of installation and training date at least one week in advance of being requested

(ORTMED is not responsible for damage during installation or misuse of equipment when installation and training services are not requested).
